Gymnastics Class Information

Re-Enrolments for Term 1 2026 

Gymnasts are automatically placed in a class for the following term. These places will be held without payment until a specified date. The class will then open to customers on the waitlist and then new customers.

​​​​What To Wear And Bring To Class

It is important that children bring a drink bottle to class, wear comfortable close fitting clothing and are bare feet for classes. Please ensure long hair is tied up and jewellery is not worn to class.

Parents Watching 

We welcome parents to sit and watch their children at Gymkidz but we ask you to be mindful of noise and disruption. We also have a waiting area with toys to keep little siblings busy while classes are on. Unfortunately for insurance and safety reasons siblings not booked into a class are not allowed on the equipment. Please note that our Toddler classes requires full parental/carer involvement.

Absences/Make Up Classes

We offer 3 no questions asked make-up classes for absences or class cancellations. Given covid policy, we ask that any kids feeling unwell to stay at home and make use of our make-up classes when better. REGISTER AN ABSENCE online to book a make-up class.

PLEASE NOTE Make-up classes must be taken in the same Term enrolled.​​​

Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures 
The safety of your children is very important to us so please follow the following procedures:

• Entry via Probert street. We ask that parents arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of their class and remain in the waiting area until called inside by a coach. 

• Stay with your child if you arrive early. Our coaches are busy either setting up or coaching and cannot be responsible for children left unattended in the waiting room. Talk to your child about staying inside until you arrive and not walking outside to look for you

• Please exit quickly as soon as your class is finished via Probert street.

Cancellations
