Rollover Process for Previously Enrolled Kids

Enrolled gymnasts are automatically held a class for the following term. Emails will go out in week 7 to confirm this. Please contact us if you have not received an email notifying you of your spot by week 7 of the current term.

Your spot is only secured on payment. Places will be held without payment for 1 week. Once payment dates have lapsed, classes will then open to new and wait-listed customers.
What To Wear And Bring To Class
It is important that children wear comfortable close fitting clothing and are bare feet for classes. Bring a drink bottle and please ensure long hair is tied up and jewellery is not worn to class.

Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures
The safety of your children is very important to us so please follow the following procedures:

We ask that parents arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of their class and remain in the waiting area until called inside by a coach. Entry via the side entrance on Probert street.

Stay with your child if you've arrived early. Our coaches cannot be responsible for children left unattended in the waiting room.

Please exit quickly as soon as your class is finished
Parents Watching
We welcome parents to sit and watch their children at Gymkidz but we ask you to be mindful of noise and disruption. We also have a waiting area with toys to keep little siblings busy while classes are on. Unfortunately for insurance and safety reasons siblings not booked into a class are not allowed on the equipment. Please note that our Toddler classes requires full parental/carer involvement.
Absences/Make Up Classes
We offer 3 no questions asked make-up classes for absences or class cancellations. We ask that any kids feeling unwell to stay at home and make use of our free make-up classes when feeling better.
We ask you REGISTER AN ABSENCE online to book a make-up class.
PLEASE NOTE Make-up classes must be taken in the same Term enrolled.
