Make-up  Class

 We understand that families get sick, go on holidays and have other appointments that cannot be changed.

 

Gymkidz offers complimentary make-up classes provided a minimum of 1 hours’ notice of your child’s absence is given. Notice must be submitted via your customer portal or app. Notifications of absence via phone or email will not be accepted.

• A makeup token will be issued after the missed class and is valid for 60 days.

• Makeup bookings may be made up to seven days in advance and are strictly subject to availability.

• Families can book makeup classes themselves through the portal or app.

• Makeup tokens can only be used for classes in the same level or your new level if you've moved up.

• Makeup tokens are a service offered to current clients only. If your enrolment is no longer active, any unused makeup tokens will become void, even if within the valid 60-day period.

• Makeup tokens cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other benefits.
