Tamzin is the Founder and Programme Director of Gymkidz, passionate about helping children build confidence, coordination and movement skills through gymnastics. Her vision is to build a stronger foundation for gymnastics as a sport from an early age. She is a qualified International Women's Artistic Gymnastics coach (FIG level 1) and holds an Advanced Coaching Accreditation through Gymnastics Australia.

Outside of Gymnastics she is also passionate about championing the role of small, locally owned businesses in creating strong supportive communities.

Jo’s love for gymnastics began in England, where she competed in acrobatic gymnastics at a regional level. She is passionate about helping children build strength, confidence, and a love of movement through gymnastics, and loves sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with the Gymkidz community.

Jo has a personal passion for health and wellbeing, is a qualified yoga teacher and loves ocean swimming.
