Suitable for ages 5.5 - 12 Years
Workshops are designed for complete beginners to our more intermediate level gymnasts. Each gymnast will progress at their own skill level and every workshop will focus on body shapes, progressions and skills required to execute gymnastics skills safely and with the correct technique.

Boys and Girls 5.5 - 12 years
This workshop will be presented by Tamzin Watson and Sarah Cowgill. Sarah is the Head coach and program director of Gymkidz. Sarah has a degree in sports coaching and her level one coaching accreditation through British Gymnastics. Tamzin is the owner and director of Gymkidz and has over 10 years teaching gymnastics. Tamzin is a qualified International Women's Artistic Gymnastics coach (FIG level 1) and holds an Advanced Coaching Accreditation through Gymnastics Australia.
