Workshops are designed for complete beginners to our more advanced level gymnasts. Each gymnast will progress at their own skill level and every workshop will focus on body shapes, progressions and skills required to execute gymnastics skills safely and with the correct technique.

Cartwheel Workshop
8th August 2026
Beginner and Intermediate Cartwheel Workshop (3:30pm - 5:00pm)
Boys and Girls 5.5 - 12 years
The Cartwheel workshop is designed for complete beginners to our more intermediate level gymnasts, with each gymnast progressing at their own skill level. The workshops will focus on body shapes, progressions and skills required to execute Cartwheels safely and with the correct technique.
This workshop will be presented by Tamzin and Kristina

Handstand Workshop
Saturday 5th September 2026
Beginner and Intermediate Handstand Workshop (3:30pm - 5:00pm)

The Handstand workshop is designed for complete beginners to our more intermediate level gymnasts, with each gymnast progressing at their own skill level. The workshops will focus on body shapes, progressions and skills required to execute Handstand skills safely and with the correct technique.
