Gymkidz Covid Safe Protocols

As always, we operate under the latest NSW health directives. Should any changes impact your abilities to attend or our abilities to provide classes, we will be offering full refunds or credits.

Additional Covid Safety Measures:

Gymkidz classes are small and all Gymkidz coaches are fully vaccinated. To ensure our environment is safe we will be implementing our usual Covid Safe Measures, additionally we are implementing the following changes:

Arrival and check in procedure

One flow entry via Lennox street doors (exemption for prams): We ask that parents arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to the start of their class, check in via the QR code at the entrance and remain in the waiting area until called inside by a coach. Please have your NSW Green tick ready to show to a coach upon your arrival.

Drop off via Probert street middle doors: parents dropping off their children must remain with their child outside Probert street until the start of their child's class and a coach comes to collect them. Please arrive 5 minutes early for pick up.

Please exit quickly as soon as your class is finished via Probert street.

Mask wearing

Masks will be mandatory. Children under the age of 12 are exempt but encouraged to wear masks where practicable.

Social distancing

We ask that all parents please be extremely mindful of social distancing whilst dropping off or watching classes. Seating is restricted and we ask that for children 5+ and where possible you drop your child off and go. If you must stay however, we ask that you limit this to one parent per child. Please note that we cannot allow parents or siblings to sit on the floor between the socially distanced seating. We have wonderful cafe's and parks nearby to enjoy.

Health and Hygiene

We ask that anyone who is unwell to please stay away from the gym. We do offer complimentary make-up classes which can be booked online and in advance (please note that we require a minimum of 1 hours notice online of your absence).

We are doing our best to take all necessary Covid Safe measures to keep everyone healthy and we would appreciate your understanding and assistance with the implementation of our Covid Safe practices.
